A hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised by the quaint charm and comfort of our room. The location on the beautiful Plaza Mayor was perfect, with shops and restaurants just steps away. Definitely worth a visit. highly recommended!

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast included was varied and tasty, with fresh fruits and local pastries. the location was perfect for exploring the town and its historical sites, with easy access to restaurants and stores.

The room was a bit small and lacked storage space for our luggage. the Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends back home.

This hotel is located on a beautiful square in old Colonia, right in the center of the old town. the calm and quiet street where it is situated is ideal for those wanting to relax and unwind. the facilities, such as the interior courtyard, are lovely and add to the charm of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and have nice linens and exposed stone walls. the continental breakfast is very good and might just be what you need to start the day fully energized.

The room was small and the bathroom could use an update, but it was still clean and did the job. The windows faced an inner courtyard which blocked natural light, making the room feel a bit claustrophobic.

The staff are incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They even helped dry my wet clothes on the rooftop clothes lines! The rooms are simple yet comfortable, with beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast served every morning. The attention to detail in this hotel is outstanding.

The location of the hotel was simply perfect, right in the historic district by restaurants in the old part of the city. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel facilities were clean and adequate. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the woman who spoke very good English and provided great advice.

Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, da es sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend befand und trotzdem nahe am Stadtzentrum und der U-Bahnstation lag. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Grundsätzlich gab es Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Poolbereich, einen Fitnessraum und eine Hotelbar.

Unglücklicherweise war das Mobiliar im Zimmer etwas altmodisch.
